By purchasing a Bake it Books box, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use.

By accessing, subscribing to Bake it Books, or using any Bake it Books operated Site or mobile application (or any content, service), (collectively, the “site”), you agree to abide and be bound by the terms described herein.

If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.

Eligibility

This Site is for users who are 18 years of age or older. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of any entity, you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms of Use on such entity's behalf.

What is the age range?

Boxes are designed for ages 2-12, with a little extra help from an adult for the younger kiddos. Even though older kids may be reading books more advanced than a picture book, the themes and baking recipes are for any age 2 to 99!

What if I have a big family?

No problem! Our books can be enjoyed by everyone in the family and the recipes are created for 4-6 people. We also offer doubling your box at checkout for larger families or siblings who'd like to bake a little extra.

Will I need anything from home to bake the recipes?

All pre-measured dry and shelf stable ingredients will be included in your box, but some recipes may require added ingredients like eggs, milk, butter. We will include any unique baking tools needed, but you may find that you'll need to use your own mixing bowl, mixer, cupcake tin, baking sheet, etc.

Do you ship outside of Nashville?

Yes! We currently ship to all of Tennessee. We are working behind-the-scenes to have our nationwide neighbors join the club very soon!

Are the ingredients allergen-free?

All ingredients are processed in the same facility and may not be entirely allergen-free. However, each ingredient is carefully labeled with any allergen information and most recipes can be easily made using your favorite dairy or egg free alternatives from home.

Are the ingredients organic?

We do our absolute best to inlude organic ingredients when possible.

Why are the subscriptions showing that they are sold out?

There are a limited amount of boxes available each quarter and sometimes this means we sell out early. If you would like to make sure you don't miss our latest boxes, please join our waiting list to have early access to our upcoming subscriptions.

Can I pause or skip my subscription?

Yes, of course! You can pause or skip your subscription boxes at any time in your account. Please keep in mind that pausing payments will only work for quarterly subscriptions as yearly subscriptions are paid in full at checkout. However, skipping a box would be the best option if you are a yearly subscriber and would like to skip receiving the next box until a later date.
